Site Condition Requirements for WPC Pergola Installation

Surface Preparation The surface (terrace, garden, poolside, etc.) must be level, clean, and free from debris.A firm base such as concrete, tiled flooring, stone paving, or cement flooring is required.For soil or grass installation, concrete or RCC footing for posts is mandatory.
Base Strength The substrate should support the structural load of the pergola.For rooftop installations, a structural engineer must verify slab load capacity.
Marking & Clearance Adequate open space must be available for the selected pergola size (including overhangs).Column positions should be marked accurately as per the provided layout drawing.Minimum 500mm working clearance is required around the perimeter.
Fixing Provisions For concrete or tiled surfaces, anchor bolt fixing points must be available.For non-concrete surfaces, embedded base plates or RCC footings must be constructed in advance.
Power Supply Access to a 230V power socket within 15 meters of the site is required for tools (if professional assembly support is needed).
Weather Conditions Installation should be carried out during dry weather with minimal wind or rain.Avoid areas prone to waterlogging or excessive ground moisture without proper drainage.
Accessibility The site should be easily accessible for transporting pergola components.For terrace installations, staircases or lifts must allow movement of long sections (up to 3.5m).
