VR Mall requirements of WPC

Their Chennai mall required a vendor to supply and install vertical louver features to cordon off all their MEP, maintenance facilities and the customer common areas on the terrace. Their requirement was a material that was premium in its wood appearance, durable for years on the completely exposed terrace and most importantly with no maintenance effort or costs over the material lifetime. After much evaluation and deliberation by their internal design, architecture, maintenance team and CBRE as their project consultants, Everwood WPC was awarded the scope purely on the merits of the material and application where all their demands were met.

Outdoor decking at Bengaluru

Similarly, at their Bengaluru mall, VR required outdoor decking around their poolside, amphitheater and outdoor bars on the terrace. Their need was for a solution in a material that was durable, low maintenance and looked good.
