The Project: Ethos a prime residential development by Century, is one of Hebbal, Bengaluru’s finest addresses housing 335 apartments, a 50,000 sft clubhouse, and other world-class amenities.
The Requirement: The 7.5-acre development offers 60% open spaces around tower residences and clubhouses. With an indoor pool and outdoor deck of nearly 1000 square meters, Ethos required an outdoor WPC decking material that delivered premium aesthetics of natural wood, was durable in high traffic exterior conditions and most importantly low maintenance. They also required the same material to adorn the indoor pool decking as well as the massive outdoor poolside decking and party spaces.
The Solution: Needing WPC decking that was tops on looks and would handle the high usage of residents on the poolside and party areas, Everwood Ultima decking planks were the best option that would meet these requirements and remain low on maintenance and costs over years. Ultima outdoor decking was also used around the indoor pool and seaters in the clubhouse.
