The Project: Located in one of the most elite locations of Chamiers Road, Chennai, Etica Srinidhi, is an artistic creation of highly reputed architects, NVA. This 5-storied project is an extravagantly finished, eye-catching landmark.

The Requirement: Etica Srinidhi’s architectural splendor is the very definition of elegance with the sophisticated subtlety of true class. The client required exterior ceiling cladding along with an unconventional method of support with the help of vertical fins, sturdy exterior wall cladding for the balcony to blend with the floral aesthetics of the outdoor greenery, and some distinct-looking WPC louvers to cover the duct pipes and add a classy finish to the building. With Everwood WPC, the architects could stay true to their clients’ dream vision as they meticulously chose the finest materials with a keen eye for detail for all the required exterior WPC applications

The Solution: With careful selection, Everwood WPC Natura Cladding was used to clad the exterior ceilings and was supported by Everwood WPC Fins to give a simple yet aesthetic look. The exterior wall cladding was merged with the lush green planters to highlight the woody appeal of the building and the maintenance ducts were covered with Everwood WPC vertical louvers, giving the viewers the perfect finish. Everwood’s turnkey design to installation project services ensured a hassle-free experience for the client.

Arihant Vihana

The Project: Vihana by Arihant Spaces is a 16 storey landmark residential project housing 65 premium apartments. This project stands tall in the prime residential area of Kilpauk, Chennai.

The Requirement: Being a premium development, Arihant Vihana required the right material for their exterior cladding, vertical fin features on the front and side elevations, and covering the HVAC and service ducts. The promoter wanted one material that would meet the design intent of Chennai’s leading architects Natraj & Venkat Associates for these different applications. Being a multi-storey building the material needed to be durable, fade-resistant, functional, and within their development budget.

The Solution: Being completely weatherproof and fade-resistant, Everwood WPC Natura exterior WPC cladding panels was the right product for the wall & ceiling cladding. Similarly, the exterior vertical fins, electrical yard, and HVAC areas were enclosed with Everwood’s fin and louver profiles. Everwood services were extended from design to installation, completing the WPC scope.
