The Requirement: The Five Summits Address is a premium apartment development offering 225 dwellings set on a five acres property. Everything about the project from the buildings, to the outdoor spaces, and finishes offers multiple comprehensive features that reflect the high quality and the charm of a sublime lifestyle. The developer required a premium cladding material to surface the ceilings of the balconies and extensions. Their need was material with the finish of premium pre-finished wood and one that required no repeated coating or maintenance over years.
